Shipping Information

Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible via courier (Currently Citylink Express), on occasion some out of stock or non stock items may need to be ordered direct from our suppliers, If this occurs we will contact you direct to discuss delivery times and to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order, if not a full refund will be offered at this time.

All orders placed for in-stock items before 15:00 will generally be dispatched the same day for delivery next day between the hours of 08.00 - 17.30. 

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Although we will dispatch most in stock items the same day your order is placed for next day delivery between the hours of 08:00 - 17:30, we will try to ensure delivery within 2 to 3 days of orders being placed (Mainland UK) please note orders placed in Highlands and Islands,  Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take between 3 - 5 working days.

Our Standard UK mainland delivery above is offered free on all order values over £200.00 ex VAT and shipping, on occasion some of our smaller packaged items will also be delivered free (Standard UK Mainland) this will be highlighted below the unit price on the item details page

Standard UK Mainland: (all orders over £200.00) - FREE

Standard UK Mainland: (orders under £200.00) - £7.80 per item

Next Day Delivery, Timed Delivery Costs - These costs will be calculated based on delivery address and shipping weights, please call 0141 773 6886 for shipping quotes.
