With the emergence of the Sonos Ipod, Iphone and newly released Ipad apps, Sonos no longer see the BU250 bundle as the entry point for there products, which is why they have recently released the new Sonos S5 all in one starter, bundle which includes 1 x Sonos S5 Zoneplayer as well as 1 x Sonos BR100 Zonebridge. The introduction of this new SONOS S5 Bundle will allow customers the opportunity to install a Sonos wireless music system into their home using their existing Apple Ipod Touch, Iphone or Ipad to control there Sonos music system, without the need to purchase the optional Sonos CR200 Controller. This new bundle represents a saving of £29.00 off the combined RRP of the single unit item prices.
Just connect the Sonos BR100 Zonebridge to your existing broadband router, run the supplied Sonos Desktop Controller software on your PC or laptop then follow the instructions to install your SONOS S5 Zoneplayer using the SonosNet wireless mesh network. Now all ZonePlayers and Controllers will work wirelessly anywhere in your house. The BR100 ZoneBridge can also be used to extend the range of your Sonos system and expand the optional Sonos CR200 Controller’s wireless coverage. Additional Zoneplayer S5's and Zoneplayers can be added to the system wirelessly using the Sonos Desktop Controller software.
